T-Shirt: Returns and exchanges


Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors. Exchanges are permitted for equal value provided the returned item is in saleable condition and the customer pays for return and exchange shipping costs. All returns and exchanges must be sent with an RMA number obtained through customer service via email or telephone. Items returned without an approved RMA number are subject to disposal or return at the customer's expense. Please contact us ASAP through the chat window or via email within 14 days, and we will be happy to assist you and we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you receive the correct item or exchange for a new item. We won't settle for anything less than 100% customer satisfaction. We offer three different return/exchange for manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors:

  1. Refunds: Request a refund minus any applicable shipping costs.
  1. Exchange without new purchase: You are welcome to send the item back and request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. If you are exchanging for an item of greater value than the item returned then we will invoice we've processed your new exchange item.
  2. Exchange with new purchase: You are welcome to exchange by ordering a new item online and then send the item that is no longer wanted back for a refund minus shipping. For this option you will need to include a copy of the new Invoice Number with the return.

T-Shirt: Missing package?


If an item has not turned up within 30 days then please contact us. If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will cover reshipping costs of the goods. Please send us an email with your name and order number. If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number.




International taxation and import taxes


Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Scotty Club, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. It is unlawful to request that Scotty Club change any information on all or part of your order to avoid these taxes.




Fraud prevention


For Credit Card Orders In an effort to protect our customers from Identity Theft, Scotty Club TShirts will examine each order to help determine and prevent fraudulent purchases. Due to increased security measures, you may receive an e-mail from our Customer Service department attempting to verify the validity of your order. As a part of this procedure, you may be asked to verify specific information on your order that will help us to determine if this order is legitimate. Communication attempts will be made via the email or phone number provided at the time of the order. We appreciate your cooperation, and apologize for any inconvenience this causes you. For PayPal Orders For your security, we are unable to change the shipping address of any order placed via PayPal. If you require a PayPal order to be shipped to a different address, please make the applicable change in your PayPal account before placing the order.




T-Shirt: Garment care


To extend the life of your shirts, please always read the label for specific washing techiques, in general, a few tips to take care of the t-shirts:

  • Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting.
  • Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
  • No-Nos: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
